History
911 On Call is a non-government organization which aims to embody the true meaning of public service through unselfish rendition of time and effort to the cause and spirit of volunteerism. This gave meaning and inspiration to the founders to organize the 911 On Call Incorporated in mid September  2006. It was then formally registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 23rd of October 2006. The SEC later on gave the 911 On Call Incorporated its approval as a non-stock, non-government organization under the Registration No. CB2006330400 on Oct.26, 2006.

The City Government of Baguio, Philippines, gave the organization its Accreditation as a non-stock, non-government organization under the City Resolution No. 170, series of 2007. This accreditation is valid until June 30, 2010, unless sooner revoked.

In order for the members and staff to be more globally competitive, regular supplementary trainings and reviews are being given to update their knowledge and skills.
